We’re ready for your golf group, bachelorette party, or your overly extended family. This place sleeps up to ten! It’s two stories house two queen-sized beds, six twin beds, two private bathrooms, a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, table & chairs, two tv’s and, of course, the alarm clock so you don’t miss that Tee Time.

Coffee makers, irons & ironing boards and firmer pillows are available.
Roll-away beds can be rented for an additional $25 per night + tax.

All Downtowner rooms come with

Individual Heat AND Air Conditioning for your individual comfort.
Complimentary toiletries, soft towels & hair dryer to wash, dry & fluff.
Cable tv & Wifi because even though you’re on vacation you still want to be connected to the world.
Housekeeping because no one likes to make their bed or pick up wet towels when they’re on vacation.
